Dairy Culture is a leading brand established 12 years ago on the basis of an agricultural complex located just 50 km from St. Petersburg, Russia.

Our farm and plant are situated only 2 km apart. Fresh milk is cooled during milking and immediately delivered to the plant for processing, which allows us to preserve all of its beneficial properties.

Our plant is equipped with state-of-the-art high-tech equipment, with almost all processes automated. The ultrafiltration line produces excellent dairy products (cottage cheese, soft cheese, Greek yogurt) rich in protein. Since 2015, the plant has been certified under the international standard FSSC 22000.

Our farm holds the status of a "model farm," the highest rank in the farming hierarchy. It houses over 1,000 Holstein dairy cows. Holsteins are known for their good health and calm temperament and are rightly considered leaders in milk production.

The cows’ diet consists of feed grown on our own fields with a total area of 2,800 hectares. Our agronomists pay close attention to formulating the cows’ rations, which include clover, orchard grass, alfalfa, ryegrass, curly barley, corn, sorghum, and peas. This rich diet gives the milk a unique taste and high nutritional value.
Dairy Culture is an outstanding brand in the world of dairy products. We produce whole and lactose-free milk, as well as a wide variety of traditional Russian fermented dairy products, modern yogurts, and cottage cheese.
Our product range is diverse and constantly expanding. We currently offer 31 products for export.

Products

Dairy Culture is a brand of premium dairy products. We produce whole, normalized and lactose-free milk, in addition to traditional Russian fermented milk products, modern lines of yogurts and cream cheese.

We produce only organic products that contain no artificial flavorings, preservatives, dyes, fat replacers or milk powder.

Our product line is diverse and broaden all the time. We offer 31 export products.

Our fermented milk products, such as cottage cheese, sour cream and yogurt, are equally needed by children, adults and seniors. They are rich in protein, vitamins, macro and micro elements and milk fats and they provide much energy and vigor. They are well absorbed by the body and are ready-to-eat.
